In the world of art history, few styles evoke as much mystery and wonder as Gothic art. Flourishing during the High and Late Middle Ages, that movement was characterised by its dramatic use of light and shadow. But a new era has dawn, Faceted Contemporary Art – a Gothic stylish masterpiece. Among many of these artworks within Rik’s studio, a few particular ones stand out for the time and dedication poured into their creation. Some took a staggering 15 years to complete and not only exemplify the artistic and technical prowess of their creator but also illustrate passion, credence, and artistic perseverance.
